Implication: online resources

This research was conducted in primary schools in Australia where English is a spoken language in or out of the schools. The learning resources used by Ann or promoted to Jack are in English.
I discovered from Ann and my personal experiences that the Internet is a powerful tool for learning. Ann's claim that "you can learn every thing through the Internet" suggests that having a good access to the Internet for teachers means having a broad opportunity for teachers to improve the teaching professional. For a teacher like Ann who has "well matched" knowledge and beliefs about teaching-learning-mathematics-technology could harness the powerful of the Internet. In contrast, the teacher like Jack who knowing English very well and living in a context of unlimited online resources, faced many challenges. His initial respond that Internet is "time consuming" suggests that having unlimited resources does not mean achieving the goals of learning. Therefore, supports must be available for this teacher.
The powerful of the Internet as a learning tool, indicated by Ann and challenges of the Internet demonstrated by Jack Jack should generate at least two implication for Indonesian context.
