Bearing in mind the challenges related to providing teachers PD that I discussed earlier, it seems to me it would appropriate to harness the power the Internet in order to meet some of those challenges.

The Internet itself can be a part of the solution but it could be the problems because of the limited infrastructure.

Perhaps work in this way ....

For the implications:
Teachers usually like face to face interactions so one model might be to begin face to face gathering workshop, knowing each other. After that communication through the Internet with electronic email.

It is also significant given the geography of Indonesia, many islands.
Or say: technology even means allowing people to interact each other in distant. It is particularly important for Indonesia. Because it has many islands and the travel is difficult, or I might say the communication and the transportations.

Also when talking about how to improve the quality of teachers, this is way to allow teachers who geographically dispersed to communicate with each other.
